In the framework of “Come closer to Europe” We invite you to register for our Open Training followed by an informal walking lunch.
Title: Exploring Entrepreneurship: the Entrepreneurial Process
Speaker: Dr. Jeroen Kraaijenbrink Assistant professor at department of Business Administration, University of Twente.
This training covers the entrepreneurial process, its stages, and its various approaches. It discusses how entrepreneurial opportunities are both discovered and created and which entrepreneurial approach is most suitable in a given situation. It will particularly focus on the similarities and differences between a planned ‘causation’ approach and an emergent ‘effectuation’ approach to entrepreneurship and discuss the benefits and challenges associated with both.
VentureLab Twente Open House 2011, a (foto) impression
A group of 20 enthousiastic entrepreneurs (see
overview) presented themselves, their businesses or products at the VentureLab Open House, May 13. The event was powered by “Europe around the Corner
”. Programme highlights were: participants market, participants presentations, workshops & networking. The Open house proved to be a good instrument for VentureLab entrepreneurs to perform (for the first time) before a large audience. To the public it was a good showcase of the diversity of companies that VentureLab supports, as well as a snapshot of innovations-to-come. The entrepreneurs exhibiting reported interesting interactions, observations, insights or new contacts…
Our participants say...
We have received great support from VentureLab Twente in the form of network meetings and training sessions. Each networking opportunity offers a chance to establish contact with other entrepreneurs to share ideas.
