Trainer: Robert Reinink
In this training you will get acquainted with a system to structurally apply networking within your company. The definitions of networking and verbal advertising will be addressed and you will discover how networking can generate more turnover in a practical, fast, efficient and measurable way.
13.30 – 16.45 PTS704 – Alternative approach of team development
Trainers: Marian Soons and Andre van Boekholt.
Topics: factors of success, challenges and pitfalls, concerning effective team cooperation’ exposed by the Appreciative Inquiry method.
“Appreciative Inquiry” (A.I.) is a method that assumes there is always also a positive input within every organization, team and individual, which can be built on. This method displaces the focus on negative aspects toward more constructive outcomes; and focuses on things which have been accomplished thus far.
