On July 8, VentureLab welcomed the summerschool students to their first training sessions. On the first day they explored the entrepreneurial process and the role of the entrepreneur in the process. On the second day, they focused on finding the business opportunity; in an interactive idea generation session, joined by some VentureLab Twente participants. All with the support of dedicated coaches.

The VLT summerschool aims for its students to acquire competences on Marketing, Strategy, Organization, Finance, Technology management, Personal and Team skills, and to be able to define a business model for new business. The summerschool concentrates on training in July, while in August the focus is on application of what has been learned, including an opportunity to present the business concept to a panel of experts.
