As a participant you are entitled to fifty coaching hours. A coach is matched with you, based on your expressed needs. 

a personal assessment and  the development phase of your company.The typical need for a coach varies with the phases of your personal, team and business development.
Coaches involved in our programme all have business experience. They have been selected on their capacities to provide coaching on all aspects of personal, team and business development. One of their prime responsibilities is to help you prepare for progress monitoring.
