Flight on bio-fuel from Lelystad to Twente
On July 27, a flight has been carried out from Lelystad to Ensched by a test plane. Source: Telegraaf
A single-engined plane is used to test environment-friendly alga fuel. Pilot is Cappelle has a fly school in Groningen and recently a settling in Enschede. In a number of weeks he hopes to cross the ocean with the Antonov. See also RTV-oost.
Roel Pieper lectures at the summerschool
The 3rd class of the summerschool by Roel Pieper focused on the transition from business idea to the real market.

[Gallery not found]VentureLab summerschool made a flying start!
In no time, the maximum number of applicants for the VentureLab summerschool was reached. Nearly 30 Phd- and masterstudents from the University of Twente, from 15 nationalities and a variety of science backgrounds, applied. The VLT summerschool aims for its summerstudents to acquire competences on Marketing, Strategy, Organisation, Finance, Technology management, Personal and Team skills and define a business model for business creation out of (their ) technology. They learn from VLT’s starting entrepreneurs and in their turn are part of the thinktank for VLT entrepreneurs.
On July 7, VentureLab welcomed the summerstudents to their first training. Together with the Venturelab entrepreneurs they worked on human resource and financial accounting.
